these make me feel nostalgic for last week.i remember when i was in school how black and white photography made everything look dramatic or profound or beautiful. how we were taught that we should only use color film if color were really necessary to tell the story or convey the emotion.
now with digital, everything's in color...there seems to be very little thought in making images anymore. why should there be when 300 high res will fit on a card?
i feel a bit nostalgic for school and for that feeling like i was doing something new. going back to hobbies or passions after a few years makes me feel at once old pro and amateur again. i can dig it.
